April Showers

Hello!

Personally, I love running around in rain showers. It feels so refreshing to not only me but to the atmosphere. However, I'm sure some of you out there are getting tried of being shut-in because of the dreary storms and it will be especially good that April showers bring May flowers. Either way, April is wrapping up and so are a few of our promotions! (The links from the captions and pictures will work until the promotions are over.)

Our Occasions Mini!

Yes, it's true! It's that time of year already when we have to say goodbye to all of the sweet seasonal products. There are a few select items that are being carried over! Feel free to contact me to find out if your favorites made the cut.

The Spring is Blossoming preview of the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog!

Time is running out to qualify and purchase the "Four Frames" set and "Paisley Petals" DSP. They are both a hint at what's to come in the once the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog drop this summer. Such intricate designs, it's all very exciting.

Grab your grab bag!

These handy surprises are still available for $5, $10, and $15- I've said it before, but what a steal!

Alright, now that I've let you know what you need mull over during this last week of April, I wanted to help whet your appetite a little more! Kind of mean, I know. I went and grabbed myself the clear stamp set, Valentine Defined (123057) because it's not just for Valentine's Day in February. It can be used when making something for any loved one.

Here's a nice enough card with the lovable tree
colored in with Stampin' Write markers,
but it's what is on the inside that counts, right?
Well, how about a gift card popping up to say,
"Hello! Spend me!"
Or two tickets to that thing you like?
(I adore Isaiah Mustafa from the Old Spice commercials!)
Side view/ behind the scenes look.

This was incredibly easy to make and I found the tutorial online from Paper Garden Projects, who modified an idea from the PaperCrafts Connection Blog. Pop-up cards are always great and they are making quite the comeback lately, so why not join in? Plus, there's a certain (national) teacher appreciation week coming up next week... *hint hint*.

While we're still recovering from celebrating Easter weekend together, I hope to see you soon with a project I made with something from the new Summer Mini. Thanks again for tuning in!

Grab Bag Update

Hey all!

Just a quick note to let you know that the original $15 grab bags have already sold out since Friday! In order to fulfill the remaining orders, Stampin' Up! has combined some $5 and $10 bags so we would still get the $60 worth of retired merchandise. If you're thinking about it, you better act quickly!

No Foolin'

Hey there!

Hope you haven't gotten pranked yet but if you have, I hope that you've planned your revenge. Ha ha!

With Sale-a-bration done and over for the year, I know I'm not alone in thinking that we needed something to fill the void that's left behind. Well, good news for us because there are two new things to be excited about!

First up is a surprise grab bag from the clearance racks. I'm sure those words got your attention too! It starts today, April 1st, and only lasts while the limited supplies do. These bags are full of discontinued goodies such as ribbons and Designer Series Papers and are priced at $5, $10, and $15 bundles. To give you an idea of how great of a deal this is, the original prices were $20, $40, and $60 respectively. Wow! Am I right? Click on the picture below to grab as many as you want!

Next up is a month-long sneak peek at two products that will be available in the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog.

If this stamp set and those Designer Series Papers are any indication of what's to come, I cannot wait to see what other intricate and stunning beauties await us this summer! You can get them with a qualifying purchase or earn them by hosting a qualifying workshop. Just ask me for more details! I love how the Four Frames stamp set coordinates with our already beloved Decorative Label Punch. This offer is only around starting today, April 1, 2011 until April 30, 2011 and I have them listed on my Promotions page.

I'm hope this all has helped you get over the end of Sale-a-bration too and I'll
